Having had the privilege to travel around the country during my school years has showed me that there are a lot of big dreamers out there. The world is ours and if we have the right amount of drive then we can make it. Most of my counterparts like myself are passionate about business and a major factor seems to be standing in between us and our dreams, CAPITAL. This is a world wide phenomenon and is regardless of race or origin. What strikes me though is how major corporations are aware of young talent and few are willing to take the initiative of grooming this future leaders.
We are all aware of the fact that being taken upon by a major corporation means them taking a risk but it is worth it in the long run. But yet again it lies upon us as the youth of this century to prove ourselves to this old cats of how strong and determined we are.
